How do I turn cookies on and off?

It is important that your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox and many others) have cookies turned on. This will help us track your shopping in order to pay you cash back!

Please use the guide below in order to check whether you have cookies turned on or off. By default cookies are turned on.

Details of how to access your cookie settings within your browser type can be found below:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x

You don't have the option to turn off cookies in Explorer version 3.x. Your browser should accept them automatically.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x (Windows)

Cookies are accepted automatically in Internet Explorer 3.x and up. If you want to confirm that you can accept them:

  1. In Internet Explorer, click "Internet Options" on the "View" menu.
  2. Click the "Advanced" tab, and then click "Always Accept Cookies".
  3. Click OK until you return to Internet Explorer.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x (Mac)

Cookies are accepted automatically in Internet Explorer 3.x and up. If you want to confirm that you can accept them:

  1. Open the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences."
  2. In the preferences window, click on "Receiving Files" settings.
  3. Under the receiving files settings, you'll see a section named "Cookies". Click on "Cookies"
  4. On the right side of the window, you will see the phrase: "When receiving cookies:" In the pull-down menu, select "Never Ask" or "Ask for each site". If you click "Ask for each site", the next time you receive a cookie from Prosperity4, you will be asked if you want to accept cookies for this site -- Click "Accept".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x (Windows)

Cookies are accepted automatically in Internet Explorer 3.x and up. If you want to confirm that you can accept them:

  1. Under the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options"
  2. Click the "Privacy" tab
  3. Click the "Advanced" button
  4. Put a check mark in the Box for "Override Automatic Cookie Handling"
  5. At the bottom, put another check mark in the "Always accept session cookies"
  6. Click "OK"

Mozilla Firefox 1.0

  1. Click on "Tools" on the menu bar and select "Options".
  2. In the "Options" window, select / Expand "Cookies".
  3. Select "Allow Sites to Set Cookies".

Safari Version 1.2.4

  1. Open the Safari browser and click on the Safari tab on the menu bar.
  2. Click on preferences.
  3. Click on the security tab in this new window.
  4. Make sure that "Enable Javascript" is enabled.
  5. Accepting Cookies: Please make sure that you either choose "Only from sites you navigate to" or "Always" in the cookies bar
