The status column reports a recent transaction as 'pending'. What does this mean?
This means that the transaction has been recorded through the site, but Poundpig are still awaiting payment from the retailer. There is a minimum 30-60 day guarantee/returns period which has to run its course until the retailers will credit our account, which we then share with you! . Once you have earned your chosen cashback threshold (minimum £30), and the transactions have been confirmed you will be paid your cashback in the following payment run.
We would love to pay all our members instantly, but unfortunately all retailers have a “returns window” and we do not receive any money until this has elapsed.
When will I receive payment?
There are 3 options available to all our members - Paypal, BACS or cheque. You have to reach £30 of ‘confirmed’ cashback before you are paid. Confirmed cashback is that which has had the minimum 30-60 day period to allow for returns etc.
You will then be paid by your chosen payment method. If you have opted for your payment by cheque, then please allow 7 working days for delivery. If this time elapses and you still haven’t received your cheque, then please submit an email enquiry to info@poundpig.com .
If your account balance is not at the required level (£30 of confirmed cashback) then the funds will automatically be rolled over to the next month.
For your peace of mind, we use a secure connection so all your personal details are encrypted to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.
Why is a purchase I made not showing up in my account?
All our retail partners send us details of any transactions which are made via our site. Some have a guarantee/returns window and will not send us details until this period has expired, this is usually 30-60 days after the transaction was made.
Alternative reasons are that you may not have been logged in correctly as a Poundpig member before you made your purchase, or occasionally the retailer’s systems may encounter technical problems which could make it difficult for them to notify us of your purchase.
To keep track of your cashback, we use special tracking codes, there is a wide variety of advert blocking software programs being used to protect us from viruses, which may be blocking the codes we require.
If you believe that all the above has been followed correctly, but you still haven’t had your cashback credited to your account within the timeframes advised then please submit an email enquiry to info@poundpig.com and we will endeavour to resolve the missing cashback problem for you as soon as possible.
Why does it take so long for a transaction to show up?
All our retail partners send us details of any transactions which are made via our site. Some have a guarantee/returns window and will not send us details until this period has expired, this is usually 30 days (but can be up to 60 days) after the transaction was made. If you are sure that you were logged into your Poundpig account correctly and 2 weeks have past, please submit an email enquiry to info@poundpig.com and we will look into it for you.
We will then log an enquiry with our retail partner. Most of the time they are forthcoming and the matter is resolved (this can take up to 21 days). If after this time we haven't heard back, we will automatically chase it up another 2 times. After this time we reserve the right to suspend our enquiries and no cashback will be payable under these circumstances
Why do I have to wait until I reach £30 before you make payment?
We have to have a realistic threshold which we have set at £30, we need to ensure we can afford to pay each member their £2.50 sign-up bonus plus any Refer a Friend fees, we also have costs for promoting and marketing and sending cheques out etc. The sky is the limit with regards to how much cashback you can earn, there are many members who reach much larger scales of cashback, this all depends on your online shopping habits. Hopefully, how ever long and however much it is, you will enjoy using our site and be earning money in the process!
How do you issue payment?

Please ensure you have registered using your FULL postal address to receive payments by cheque.

Why has some cashback been removed from my account balance?
Cashback will be removed from your account if you have returned the product/cancelled a policy/made duplicate subscriptions to newsletters/surveys etc. If the transaction was showing as ‘pending’ and one of the above conditions is true, then the retailer has every right to recall the cashback given. If you are not sure why the cashback has been removed, then please do not hesitate to email us at info@poundpig.com and we will look into it as soon as possible.
I have achieved the £30 minimum threshold over 30 days ago but still haven’t been paid?
Generally, this is when a member has not updated their payment details via the "My Account" Link section of the website.
If you have opted to be paid by Paypal, then please ensure you have entered your Paypal e-mail address. Similarly, for BACS then please ensure you have entered your sort code and account number. Note: It can take a few days after the payment run for the funds to reach your account.
If you opted to be paid by cheque and haven’t received it 7 working days after the payment run, which is the first working day of each month, then please check your postal address is correct. You can check and update all your personal details in the ‘My Account’ section and then click the 'update your details' link.
If your address is correct and it has passed the 7 working days, then please submit an email enquiry to info@poundpig.com and we will look into it for you.
How do I update my account information?
You have to log into your Poundpig account with your username and password. In the "My Account" section, this is where you can update all your personal details and account information. For your peace of mind we are Data Protection registered, so your details will not be shared with any third parties.
I've forgotten or lost my password
Do not worry as it’s very simple to have a password reminder sent to you. Simply enter the email address you used when you registered with Poundpig and it will be automatically sent to you.How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

On-line retailers spend a fortune on on-line advertising. Poundpig simply shares the advertising commission it receives from its retail partners with its members, every time they buy something by clicking through to a retailer from our website.
Does it cost anything to join?
No, nothing at all!, we even pay you £2.50 to join and £7.50 to Refer a Friend.
My favourite shop is not listed, can I suggest it?

Referring friends is really easy to do. Please visit our 'Refer-A-Friend' section .
You can monitor your referrals by clicking on them within your totals section. This then takes you to a transaction breakdown page and the referrals are detailed at the bottom. Note: A referral is only shown once your friend has registered and not just for sending the e-mail out. When your friend receives their first payment (minimum threshold £30), we will credit your account with £7.50 (as long as your £30 threshold has also been reached, otherwise your £7.50 will roll over to the following month’s payment run).

You giveaway £2.50 just for joining - what's the catch?
There are no catches to joining Poundpig, all that we ask is that you're a resident of the U.K. and that you are over 18 years of age. We also only permit 2 accounts per household. We can afford to give our members £2.50 for FREE as a joining bonus as we have accounted for this by having a £30 threshold on payments.
How do I earn cashback from the shops?
Once you are a registered member of Poundpig, you can take advantage of the cashback offers on site. Every time you shop on-line you need to simply log into your Poundpig account, find the retailer of your choice and click through to their official site. We will pass through all the required tracking information and once we are notified of the purchase we will update your account on Poundpig.
So we can retrieve your unique member id and pass this through to our retail partner. Once you make a purchase, we are notified of it and tie up your transaction with your member id. We then credit your account on Poundpig.
Before clicking a link on our site, please make sure you are logged in, you will see your name on the top right hand side of the page. To make it easier for you, you can opt to have you username remembered, for security reasons we cannot remember your password for you. Only use this option if your computer is not for public use. Our website passes your unique member id to the retailer, so that we can track your purchases accurately.
